: I cant access my user manager. : ianpogi22 July 20, 2012, 05:52:56 AM Hi, the real estate template ( site shaper ) was on Joomla 1.7.0, I uprade my joomla to Joomla 2.5.0 and later on to 2.5.6 , I am having a problem accessing my User Manager. It gave me the following error.
500 - An error has occurred. Table 'gcmagali_msh1.jos_user_notes' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT n.user_id, COUNT(n.id) As note_count FROM jos_user_notes AS n WHERE n.user_id IN (42) AND n.state >= 0 GROUP BY n.user_id Please help me.. You need to access the database via phpmyadmin and follow these instructions. Bear in mind that your prefix probably isn't jos_ Back up your database first, just in case... 1. Open your Joomla database using PHPMyadmin tool. 2. Open "jos_users" table, 3. Find record with "Super User" name and click on edit icon, 4. Change Super User id value to 42 and click on "Go" button, 5. Open "jos_user_usergroup_map" table. 6. I am not sure why this would occur. Joomla Updates are handled through the Joomla Core and the Template wouldn't have any impact on this. Try using the repair database feature and clearing the cache. -Mike |
