: Can I hide the main menu loaded in the left position?
: rockthetee October 20, 2008, 08:59:38 AM
Hi All,
On the home page, the only menu that is displayed is the top menu bar. However, when I click on an article, the left module also shows the menu structure. Is there a way to hide that menu so only the top menu bar shows? Thanks!

link is: http://www.aisww.com/cms

When I click industry solutions, then financial services, you can see the menu on the left. I'd like to get rid of that. Thanks!

Sort of :)
I copied a link from another part of the site that had the output desired, but I'm not sure how to set that manually. So I solved it, but I'm not entirely sure how. What parameter in the link tells joomla not to show the left menu? Thanks!

You just don't publish that module and then it won't show.  Its not a parameter but just a matter of where the module is published to.  You can assign to menu items so you click one menu item and it shows on the left and then another and its gone.
