The e-mail address that you have assigned is missing the "@" symbol.  Check your widget settings.

Hi,

I have Shape 5 Quick Contact Module installed when users submit their info , The following message appears "your email has been submitted ThankYou." but when i check the email there is no email.

Could you advice please? I update the Joomla and Extensions.

Thanks,

This board is for the WordPress Plugin, not the Joomla Module.  Please start a new thread in the correct board; I cannot provide support for the Joomla products.

Hi Guys,

The widget is working at the root level of the site http://adlilogistics.com/adlis-distribution-and-order-fulfillment-service/, but not at lower levels although identically configured e.g. see http://adlilogistics.com/newyork/canada-distribution-solutions/. This is a Wordpress Multi-site installation.

Any Ideas?

Thanks

Have you tried giving a static e-mail address within the widget options?  The default setting is for it to use the wp_mail() function to send the notification to the admin e-mail defined on the wp-admin/options.php page of the admin; it's very possible that something in multisite prevents the sub-sites from being able to use the main admin e-mail address, but I'm not sure what to do about that.
