: None of the Pages Seem to Work
: sethv2 September 17, 2012, 05:43:18 PM
I recently installed the site shaper version of this theme and every time I try to go to an existing page, I get the following error:

YOU_MAY_NOT_BE_ABLE_TO_VISIT_THIS_PAGE_BECAUSE_OF:

    AN_OUT_OF_DATE_BOOKMARK_FAVOURITE
    A_SEARCH_ENGINE_THAT_HAS_AN_OUT_OF_DATE_LISTING_FOR_THIS_SITE
    A_MIS_TYPED_ADDRESS
    YOU_HAVE_NO_ACCESS_TO_THIS_PAGE
The requested resource was not found
An error has occurred while processing your request.

PLEASE_TRY_ONE_OF_THE_FOLLOWING_PAGES:

    HOME_PAGE

Also, all the the images simply show "sample" in place of the correct pictures.

I also tried to create a test page and none of the css seems to appy to it. It's just a mountain of text on a white background.

I would first try re-downloading the site shaper, clearing out the files already there, and starting again. It may be a corrupted download.

No, I'm afraid I get the same results.

I am able to do a fresh install of Joomla 2.5.7 on my server. I suppose I could install the regular template, but I really like the layout of the demo and would like to start from there rather than scratch.

1) You are seeing "sample" on all the images because Shape5 does not provide the demo images as part of the download package due to licensing reasons. However, you can simply add your own images to overwrite the "sample" images very easily.

2) You are getting the above errors in your quote usually due to SEF URLs which aren't redirecting properly

Well, I haven't touched the site in a couple of days, yet everything seems to have worked itself out. So mark this one down as solved, thanks!
