Dear support,

I have been using the Sea of the Glass template for quite a period of time and I have been reporting about the issue at this link http://www.shape5.com/component/option,com_smf/Itemid,75/topic,26439.0/. Two issues I have encountered:

1. I developed my website at http://www.learningwarrior.com. When I click on "Other Services" and I click back on the "logo" as described on attachment error01.png, it is suppose to go back to homepage however, it displays error as shown on attachment error02.png I noticed it happens for the sub links listed under "Courses" as well. Kindly advise how can I resolve this problem.

2. As mentioned in post http://www.shape5.com/component/option,com_smf/Itemid,75/topic,26324.0/, how was Mike able to set the image to full image path in the Template Manager referencing to the image at the template. This question was raised to Mike however there were no followup after that.

I really hope some advise can be given to me as to how can I trouble shoot these two problems.

Hello,

I sent you a PM but never received any followup from you in my Inbox.

Hey,

Both issues should be fixed on those websites.

1) This is an issue with how your server is handling URL rewriting. I have changed the Joomla settings so the issue should no longer occur.

2) This is resolved by using the full image path instead of the sub path in the Template Manager.

So for example:

Instead of /images/background.jpg

You would use:

http://learningwarrior.com/images/background.jpg

Take a look and let me know. The reason one of your pages is black is because it is referencing that page to an image called "puzzle" which does not exist or was removed on the server.

http://learningwarrior.com/images/puzzle.png

1) I checked everything you stated in #1 and they seem to be redirecting properly when I click the logo on those pages. Have you refreshed the cache or received my PM above?

2) For the background you need to add the full image path in the Template settings.   /images/background.jpg would be the short path and http://yoursite.com/images/background.jpg would be a full path.
