I've installed the Joomla version of Callie Rush ONE HUNDRED PERCENT as per your site shaper tutorials. Everything is working perfectly, modules, components, the works. Only when I try to update my version of Joomla from 1.7 to 2.5 do I get the "JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file" error. One suggestion was to go to "Components > "Joomla! update" and try to update from there, but I don't see the "Joomla! update" option under the components menu. Again, my site is working perfectly, I just want to update Joomla to 2.5. Please help. I am not sure why Joomla isn't updating but this wouldn't be controlled by the Template. The template is just css that re stylizes the site to give it a modern look. Have you cleared the cache and made sure the files on the server are readable and writable? It would probably be best to make a quick post on Joomla's Forum since the update feature is controlled through their framework. -Mike |
