: (SOLVED) Most menu items as well as hyperlinks no longer working : skittle February 05, 2013, 03:32:33 PM Hello, I am using the Corporate Response Template to develop a website. Today most of the menu items stopped working. The menus with no submenus beneath them all seem to work - in other words any toplevel/parent menu item still works. Any link from a submenu (a menu with a parent) is dead. When a menu item is clicked the page refreshes but the content never appears and I am left with is the header, the menus and the footer. There is no body, so the footer is up against the menu bar.
All of the menu items seem OK and their links appear intact when reviewed from the administrator login. I have used the rebuild function on all menus without success. After reading numerous similar posts, I have turned off the SEF option. I never had URL rewriting enabled. There has been no change and the menus still do not work. I don't think it matters but the site has been working well for weeks. This morning before the problem started I got a few 404 errors and then the menus stopped working. At this point there are no error messages. In addition to the menus not working, the read more links following the introduction to articles no longer work either and in fact no hyperlinks work anywhere in the site.
