: JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file : bertdewolf April 02, 2013, 08:23:16 AM I did a clean install using SiteShaper_Shape5_Corporate_Response_current. After install i upgraded Joomla 2.5.6 to 2.5.9 However Joomla updater keeps showing version should be updated to version 2.5.6, even though the control panel shows 2.5.9 to be the installed version. When re-updating using updater i get error message : JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file, Unable to detect manifest file

That is all controlled through Joomla itself, there is nothing our products that controls this. Did you try from components/joomla update instead?
