: Read More and Subsequent Article Titles link back to Homepage : Ruminator April 07, 2013, 04:09:13 PM I'm trying out the Spotlight News Module in the Ameritage Medical Template.
When I click the Read More button in the first article displayed, it just reloads the homepage. Same with the Titles for the subsequent articles. I've set up an unpublished "Category-Blog" Menu item which points to the "Latest" category and the Spotlight News is pulling from "latest" category......just can't get off the Homepage whenever I try to link to the complete articles. That's a default function of Joomla. Whenever a read more is clicked it always takes on the parent page's modules and layout. You need to create a menu item that points to that article's category or single article, and on that new menu item don't publish any modules.
