Shape 5

Hello everyone,

Due to several requests we felt it was indeed time to go back and release a Site Shaper for the 1.5 version of eMercantilism.  It is now available in the downloads section.

Emercantilism is one of the reasons i joined, so very much appreciated. I installed the site shaper and some errors occured.
- Install sample data returned a xml error
- Importing the sql dump returned this error:

MySQL retourneerde: 
#1062 - Duplicate entry '1' for key 1
- the accordion menu doesnt work
- images are not there, that is in the shop
- and some links on my local installation bring me to the shape 5 domain, where i see a template named mattrach. The virtuemart part then stops functioning.
-almost forgot to add, the virtuemart.cfg.php is not in the installation, so couldnt change that.

Yes well thats about it really:), hopefully you can have a look at it. Anyways great template(s), glad i joined!

on this step here :
* Then access your domain. This will bring you to the installation screen. Just follow all the instructions and install the site shaper like a standard Joomla installation.

Ah, if one doesn't install the sample data in the joomla install, and only import the sql, it works better. Still a few details missing.

Hello all,

I've just update the site shaper so the option to import the XML sample data is no longer available.  For those of you receiving errors with the VM SQL import be sure to drop all tables when going through the site shaper install.  I've just tested the whole package and it will install if your database is completely empty.

If you still are having problems, just do an uninstall of the VirtueMart component via the joomla admin after the site shaper install and then reinstall the VM component found here:

I found several problems with the siteshaper and stopped looking after these were found
- the virtuemart.cfg.php contains references to shape5 and have to be hand changed to work
sorry - missed that step in the readme

- product images are missing and image fields in jos_vm_product are blank

Any chance of updating the file?

We didn't include the dummy product images in the site shaper but if you want them you can grab them from the demo site:
