: drop down menus not displaying on click/on hover : cirymarr June 05, 2013, 10:04:26 AM Joomla 2.5.8, Newsplace template. dropdown menus don't work at all. Thought it was some javascript conflict with the slideshow but turned that off and no joy. Other changed I made included the logo container as the image was sitting on top of the menu, changed a few margins around and made the area responsive so have responsive logo.

I see some javascript from "jcemediabox" and so this could be causing it but I would just temporarily disable anything you installed outside of shape5 site extensions

Have no sample data to do with the newsplace template. I have no sample data, were using yoo_theme template with widgetkit so uninstalled all elements to do with that, any fix for sample data?Thanks alot
: Re: drop down menus not displaying on click/on hover : jonahh June 06, 2013, 12:00:44 PM The only way to get sample data installed is to use the site shaper. A site shaper is a Joomla install and it will make your site look exactly like the demo.

I did as you suggested and disabled all of the third party components. The template's design is perfect for my clients needs. Can you have a look at the back end please. I will give you access but not on the forum.
