I've used the ftp, file manager in cpanel pretty much everything I can think of but still cant find it, can anyone help and let me know where it is? or if it's a different name?

Hello,

Make sure you aren't looking in the wrong /images folder. The complete path to your logo is here:

hi mike,

many thanks found it, it looks like I've confused my folders!

cheers for the help and speed of reply. From your templates and support I think I'll be a shape5 member for sometime. I\m just learning joomla and have several accounts for templates for projects as clients are requesting some of the functionality that this seems to be the easiest way to provide. It'd be nice to see this template updated can converted to work for a mobile site too.

hi,

rather than changing the png file and swapping out the image I'm trying to follow you instructions in the tutorials. When it gets to search for a logo in the module it can't find it is this because the tutorials are based on an vetex framework and the file isn't there or something I'm doing? if the file isn't there, the page 5 of your pdf tutorial what is the correct module name?

I realise I can work around this by switching out image file by using the same name but I'm trying to make sure I develop my understanding of modules etc, how they work, are created from the outsets rather than later on so trying not ot start with short cuts as it'll not be of benefit to me in the long run.

sincerely,

John

Hello,

To add the logo via a module you would just create a custom HTML module in the backend of Joomla and assign it to the logo position. Then you would just call the image path that you said you found in your earlier post in the Custom HTML coding and it will load that image in the logo position of your site.

Hi Mike

I\ve updated the image which is shown at the link http://www.dragon182.co.uk/templates/pantheon/images/s5_logo.png but it's not updated the logo in the template. I'm trying to create a customHTML module and assign it to the logo position but there's no title for logo position, can you confirm which is the correct title to put a module in the logo position?

many thanx

John

Hello,

Did you try and manually enter the position in the input box? It might not appear on the drop down if an XML entry wasn't added since most people just replace the s5_logo.png file on the server to change it out.

Hi,

What would the position be to enter manually? I looked at what I thought was the reference for the module positions for the template and there doesn't seem to be one either with a number or corresponding or just named area for the logo position?
