Hi Guys,

I just paid up today so I could use the Comportal template or Glass template (Can't decide) ;)

Anyway, I installed  Comportal onto my site but the white brick background brick image wasn't there and the site went all blue.
Also got some sort of menu issue initally, so i pointed my main menu in template settings at the template and it started to show some items. But no background image.

Also in the template setup it's path is set to ..images/
so it couldn't pull an image out of that template folder if it wanted to.
It's only looking at the standard Joomla /images folder.


This just seems a little off to me and will surely catch other user out.
So I'd suggest either a not on your site  and a link to the missing file for those just wanting a simple template install.

Other than that I'm super stoked with the Shape5 setup.

Hey Lee,

Thats odd, perhaps try going into your template parameters for commportal and then resaving, the params.ini file might not have updated.

All sorted now.

The file was not included with the template zip that I downloaded.
Not that I could find anyway, and as it didn't install it i guess it is missing.

Once I downloaded that image file and put it in the Joomla/images folder it worked.

Note to admins,
This image is still not in the template zip file. I extracted the original after downloading yesterday & file is missing.
Might be worth adding the background image to template file & re-uping the package (not the siteshaper package)

I just uploaded this template and i'm having the same issue...the link to the file seems off to me. Can you give me directions to the file and instructions how to install it. Please explain it as if I was a child  :)
