That happens when there is no language assigned to your user. You may have an older version of the vertex language file on your server. But TPL_FIELD_RESPONSIVEROWWIDTHSTOPROW1_DESC is not in the language files - only in templates\lime_light\xml\Vertex.xml

I see the problem now. I have updated the downloads with a different language file.
