That does NOT mean I am looking for a free ride. I am willing to pay for a product that works and offers timely support. Not everyone delivers as promised. I have been misled before. Hopefully that will not happen here.
My other reservation is that the basic membership only covers one domain with no subdomains. I am merging two websites into one and using two subdomains for development. When complete, there will only be one domain. I don't want to pay for three domains while getting ready to go live. 1) I definitely suggest downloading our Free Vertex Template so you can get accustomed to all the features of our Framework. You will definitely see a lot more styling and extension integration in our Club Templates though. 2) The Domain Restriction only counts towards "live" sites and not sites in development. We have different membership options if you need the extra domains. 3) For support threads on our club boards we respond to all questions within 24 hours on average. We also have a PM system for issues that require site level access. -Mike |
