That is something you will have to consult the 3rd party developer on as it isn't our script. I did look at it though and it looks very similar to our Image and Content Fader v3 module which has been fully tested with all our Templates. And to select left or right on the carrousel acts as if the button scroll to top arrow.

I just took a look at your site and the scroll to top function seemed to be working properly. This looks to be more of an issue with the functionality of the Module causing this. Can you see if using a different position such as top_row1 helps with this? If it doesn't I would suggest contacting the developer of the module to see why it is forcing the page down onclick. When you click the arrows it is appending the following into the URL: http://erp.unisport.es/unisport/#myCarousel Which is forcing the page down to that element.
