Hello,

In the Demo template appear modules in position Custom_1 of the Protostar template, but I have copied the template and the extensions on another site and the Protostar doesn't have the same positions, it doesn't have the Custom-x's positions.

What position must I selection?

okay.

You need to understand that module positions are specific to the template you install.
The beauty of Shape5.com templates is that they all use the Vertex framework, which means they all use the same module positions.

So if you use the module position Custom_1 in the template EZ Web Hosting, that module position also exists in any of the other Shape5.com templates.  Outside of the Shape5.com "sandbox" you cannot assume this rule holds true.  You may find as a coincidence that another template has a module position named the same, but that does not imply that it will be in the same place, or operate in the same way.

So... in answer to your question, when you change to another template (Prostar), you must place all your modules in different positions... in the positions that are relevant to that template.  I am not familiar with Prostar's module layout, but I suggest you try to find the layout for it (which is usually explained on the demo for it).

Hopefully this explains the problems you're having.

Hello,

You just need to assign relevant module positions for the Template you are using. Please reference the following layout charts:
