: Form display issues in the Traction template
: don5420 August 16, 2013, 10:19:53 AM
I am using the Traction template and have tried two different form extensions (RSForm Pro and Webdorado Form Maker), but both are showing the radio button labels and check box labels in font that is bold and all capital letters.  How can I fix this so the form is using the same font as it does for other fields?

I contacted the Webdorado company about this issue and about the fact that in Internet Explorer 10 the radio buttons and check boxes had dotted lines around them and the "other" option in the radio buttons would not open an input box, and they sent me an updated extension that fixed these issues, but I believe the fix had to ignore the template font because the form does not use it anymore.

So I tried the RS Form, thinking that they are a more established company and would have a better product only to find that their form behaves the same.  So, I have purchased 2 form extensions only to realize the problem is template generated.  Can you please help?

Thank you.

Hello,

They are supposed to be capital letters, you can turn off automatic capital letters in the template configuration under the Template Specific tab.

Bootstrap adds a lot of borders to multiple elements, that's how the default bootstrap css works. I would need to be able to see a live url to determine if that's the cause or not.
