Hello,

You don't have any images specified in the backend of the module. The sources are all showing blank:

var s5_top1_pic = '';

If there was an image url given in the module configuration the url of the image would show there.

Hi Mike
thx for fast reply.

i?ve added some sample pictures and css to show the boxes. the extension works fine on desktop. But if you open the site on mobile phone i.e . iphone the browser crashes/ hang up!

i ve sent u the login and pass, pls help :D

edit: think the problem is the HIDE MOBILE DIVS -> custom_1! if enabled the site crashes on mobile. if its not enabled it works, but the top box got a very strange layout on mobile.. want it disabled on mobile or good layout :)

Hello,

I've checked your site on two phones and neither of them are crashing when loading your site. A hide class would never cause a javascript function to crash, it only applies a display:none to the div. A mobile browser function the same way as a desktop browser and the module calls the exact same files on both browsers. I would suggest checking a second device.

The only thing wrong with your layout on mobile is that you are using images that are too small, ie: your images are smaller than the boxes themselves when they re-distribute to 100% width. The images need to be as big, or bigger than the box, they don't stretch.

hi mike,

thats weird, because i tested it too on 2 phones... both got same problem :(  u can check it on desktop too, just open the site in your browser and scale the window down to mobile size. the browser will stutter and hang if HIDE MOBILE DIVS -> custom_1 is enabled. if its disabled all works fine. On chrome Browser both desktop and mobile hangs, Safari on mobile hangs, IE 10 stutters, Opera does not work either but Mozilla works fine! got no tablet to test but i think its the same there...  a friend checked it too, same probs!

i dont want to bug you but u are the expert :) so what to do? Thx for your patience!

greetings

Hello,

There is nothing shutter/crashing on any browser on my computer when viewing your site. Does it do the same thing on business pro demo for you? If it doesn't, I'm not sure what the problem would be because they are running the exact same files, all that is different is images and css files. Again, there is no way that a hide class would cause this, that only applies a dispaly:none, and that's all css.

Can you try disabling all other extensions on the site to see if any of those are conflicting for some reason?

hello mike,

disabled all other extensions -> same problem.

business pro template works perfect.

testet it on multiple templates, ie new vision too, got same problem when hide the div for mobile..
dont know whats the problem its only when hide the div for mobile...

i know its just css but that is really generating the error... i am astonished that it works just fine for you.
i think i must live with it, but just for info there?s a problem... at least for me.
thx for your patience.

greetings chromi

edit: mozilla firefox works perfect no matter if hidden or not... its weird...
