I think what you are asking for a complete theme of both Joomla and SMF? SMF themes and Joomla themes are controlled completely separate from each other. You can upload a template theme for Joomla and a theme for SMF but no one theme can control both. Are you requesting that we make a Joomla template and an SMF template that match? If so, do you have any requests as to what kind of template and design you are looking for?
