I did a clean install of the template on Joomla 3.1.5 with no third-party modules. When I use the siteshaper for new vision on localhost, everything works fine. 1) Make sure you have the S5 Box Module published to the Debug position on All Pages 2) Make sure you have the S5 Register published to All Pages in the register position 3) Make sure you have the Login Module published to All Pages in the login position ---- That should really be all that's required for this to function properly. If it still doesn't work try changing the animation library or effect in case there is a conflict.
