I used the free vertex template to play around with and liked it so have now purchased a membership. However after I have installed the template, go into edit it, the tab menu loads on the right hand side, but the options below only load perhaps 1 in 20 times. I have left it for 5 minutes. Refreshed. Sometimes it appears if I click on save. This obviously makes the template unworkable. Are you using any 3rd party scripts in the back end of Joomla such as a monitoring script? Sometimes these can cause conflicts with the back end controls if they aren't coded properly. Also does the occur in all browsers or just certain ones? -Mike |
