: menu not showing on mobile device : jdekempena October 14, 2013, 05:27:52 AM hi, i have installed business pro template on my site. On desktop and tablets (ipad) it works fine. however i noticed that on an iphone the main menu does not show. the 3 hor bars do show but when tabbed are not folding down. when i manage to get to another page, for example hit the register box. the menu becomes visible when i tab the 3 bars. This makes me think that on the home page the menu does actually slide down but does that 'behind' other content. Can it be a sequence of loading things (modules, plugins) that is causing this to happen ??

You have a javascript conflict on your site somewhere, which is causing the menu to not function properly. You would need to disable all third party extensions and then check the site. Bring them back on to see which is causing the problem. I viewed the source of your site and there are a lot of js files being call that can conflict with each other. |
