: ZIP file doesn't contact all folders/files : coptechs October 24, 2013, 08:45:21 AM When I download the Pantheon Current ZIP file (not the poopiee shaper) and extract the contents, not all the directories/files appear. This is the second template I've had this issue with. I've attached a screenshot of the extracted files. There is no installation folder amongst others. I downloaded it twice and same thing. The last time with the other template, when I used the site shaper ZIP file it worked.

Looking at your screenshot all the required files are definitely there and I verified this in the downloads as well. The Template - Standalone doesn't include a Installation folder because it installs through the templatedetails.xml file in the back end of Joomla. If you are using the Site Shapers then it will have the installation folders present as that is how the Joomla Install for packages work. I think there may just be some confusion as to the proper way to install a Template vs a Site Shaper.
