: Main Menu Bar Disappeared : JBridgen November 11, 2013, 12:25:59 PM Hello.
I originally installed the Cyan template with SiteShaper onto my site and everything was very good until I updated to Vertex 3.4 the other day... It caused the main menu bar (s5 Flex Menu) to disappear. I could not find the cause of the problem so I removed the website and deleted all the associated files, re-installed the SiteShaper template with Vertex 3.4 and all seemed fine. However, as soon as I changed the highlight colour using the Vertex framework, the menu bar disappeared again. I checked the plugin manager and the s5 Flex Menu is there and enabled. I assume there is something I'm missing but I am new to Joomla and have very limited experience with websites... so would really appreciate your suggestions! There also appears to be an issue with the Breadcrumb module. Please see the url: www.nvyron.co.uk and images below. Could you try deleting all the data in the vertex.json file and overwriting the current one on the server. Then go back into the Template Manager and apply all your settings to see if this works. If it doesn't please PM me back end Super User and FTP access so I can take a look. -Mike |
