Hello,

No, this is not a responsive module.

Hello,

This module has been updated to be responsive ready and the downloads are updated too.  Download a fresh copy today and you'll have a responsive ready version.

Cheers!

Hello,

I'm having a few problems making the slideshow responsive. I'm using v3 of the slider.

I presume that if you need to make the module responsive, you have to change the 'Mode' to 'Version 2.0', is this correct? Unfortunately, if I do this the module no longer appears on the web site.

Any ideas why that is please?

Kind regards

James

Hello James,

Yes that is correct, would you be able to post a URL where this is occurring?

Thanks,

I took a look at your site but it appears you are using a different scroller module.  If you still need help please publish the Shape5 one and then I can take a look at it.

Hi Jonahh,

The slideshow on the home page of the web site is the Shape 5 one. Here is the text from 'Type' in module manager: 'S5 Image Fader v3'

Kind regards

James

Ah ok, it looks like you are using the version 1 of the Image and Content Fader.  You would need to switch to version 2 as it is responsive.

Hi Jonahh,

Yes, I tried that but as per my original message, the module then no longer shows.

Any idea why this is?

Kind regards

James

If its not showing in Version 2 then it most likely a conflict with your template and or extensions used on it.  Can you switch to the V2 of the module so I can see it live on your site?  Sometimes errors are output in firebug when there are conflicts.

Hi Jonahh,

I've uploaded a copy of the site to here, with the slideshow set to 'Version 2.0': http://www.wicketts.co.uk/matsnationwide/index.php

I've got the live site here for you to compare it against, using version 'Legacy 1.0': www.matsnationwide.co.uk

Kind regards

James

Ah I'm sorry just noticed you are using the "image fader" module and not the "image and content fader" module.  We have discontinued support and developement of the "image fader" module. I would recommend installing the "image and content fader" module found here:
