: can't save template after upgrade to to Joomla 3.2.2 : stevenflood February 10, 2014, 08:16:02 PM When I go into the vertex menu of the template the screens are incomplete like its missing a language file or something. I have tried removing the template from uninstall and reinstalling. I now have the sienna template listed twice as a selection for the template. Neither work. When you save the template, the vertex. json file isn't save right and the menu selection for main menu gets stuck on bottom menu, I installed originally with siteshaper. I have downloaded the current template and tried it as well as re-installing the original template. I also tried installing the files in the latest siteshaper. Any ideas besides starting over fresh and not upgrading to 3.22?

From your screenshot it appears you have an outdated version of the Template. This is evident by those misplaced boxes at the bottom. This occurred when Joomla made an update to 3.0 and you will need to completely remove and reinstall the latest version of the Template to fix this. After that you should be able to save without any issues. -Mike |
