: server config : program February 15, 2014, 11:50:23 PM have unmanaged vps and i don't get any erros at install however it is not able to write config.php i have changed permissions to 777 but still not able to change without doing in hard code and i have to create file install does not create. cannot do any updates from within admin what is wrong with my server config i don't' get errors at install

If you can't write to configuration.php even after it's set to 777 then there are ownership issues on your server. You would need to contact your hosting provider about this. |
