: Kunena / Shape5 conflict : amiman February 24, 2014, 03:47:34 AM I have been having problems again with Kunena profile saving. We last time sorted this by removing all sorts including the responsive layout on the Business Pro template. I have just rebuilt/upgrade to 2.5 a site using this template and as it had an active forums I used Kunena again.
This time I went to them with the problem. Results: S5 Register module is the culprit it is checking the profile update page in Kunena and it will not allow you to save unless you fill in the signature field. I disabled the S5 register and login modules it now works OK. Our products and Template will work with each other but we do not guarantee compatibility with 3rd party products. This would be something that the extension developer would have to look at for you. Often times it is due to the extension not calling Jquery properly and creating a conflict on the site. -Mike |
