Hello,

Your site isn't loading at all for me but that wouldn't be caused by the Template. It appears that the server isn't responding to requests by the client. This would be something I would talk to your web host about as your server box could potentially be overloaded which is why it is being slow.

Hello,

Your site is still in offline mode. But again nothing in the Template would cause a loading delay, the Template files themselves are quite small. Your server is most likely just having issues with response times.

It loaded in 1.55s for me which is pretty fast. IE was around 2.02s

is it coz i havent deleted the cache? the problem i have is the menu on firefox and iexplorer is on two rows but on chrome my site looks perfectly fine & also the font is large in firefox n explorer but in chrome is nice and small shld i attach sum snapshots?

One of the issues is with the modifications you made.

#s5_nav li .s5_level1_span1 {
    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #FFFFFF;
    display: block;
    padding-left: 167px;
    padding-right: 17px;
    padding-top: 2px;
}

167px padding-left is one of the reason the buttons can't all render on the same line. The total width exceeds the body width.

i have adjusted the information you gave me fantastic  last error is why is the text so massive in firefox and explorer but small in chrome?

Hello,

It is appearing the same for me in both browsers. You might have a different zoom level in one browser vs the other. Cntrl + Mousewheel Up/Down will rescale the page.

Hello,

Please be aware our offices are not open during weekends or holidays.

Your site has login credentials so I am not able to view it. When I last viewed your site it looks like you had made several customizations. I would suggest replacing the s5_flex_menu.css file and the template.css file with the default files from the demo as you have most likely removed a necessary font sizing call. Also, if you use Firebug over the text element you will see where the font sizing is coming from and modify it directly on your server.

hi i have changed the viewing settings its free to view now
i just wanted to clarify the reason as to why it's doing so coz i have done the firebug prior to responding to this mail and even though i reduced it i just wanted to know why the firefox and explorer responded different to the chrome ?
thanks

Hello,

Please do not bump your posts. We will get to all requests within 24 business hours. Bumping your post will only delay the response as it goes back down in the queue.

Your site appears the same in both Chrome and FF for me which most likely means you have some sort of caching storing old settings in Chrome. When I loaded both pages the menus appeared identical. With that said you have definitely modified the core layout and our support is only for the core product, not customizations. You should be able to set a font size with an override like this in the custom.css

#s5_nav li a {
font-size: 0.8em !important;}

Then clear the cache and it should force all browsers at this font size.

Hello,

Which font specifically are you referring to? For the other fonts you need to use Firebug to identify where the CSS sizing call is coming from and modify that directly. See our Tutorial on this here:
