Hi,

I am having trouble accessing the template configuration options. Sometimes I would go into the template and the configuration options would show up, but other times they wouldn't.

I have looked through the help forum and the general issue for this seemed to be related to admin plugins and whether one has the current version of php.  I checked and I have a pretty current version of php 5.3.27. I also disabled all the plugins on my site but instead of this helping, I lost access to the template page entirely (when I click on the oasis template link option on the Template Styles page, I get directed to a blank page).

You would have had to have disabled a core system plugin for that happen, there's no plugin in Joomla that the Vertex framework relies on. Re-enable each plugin that you disabled to correct that. After that I would suggest checking in another browser. If it's loading sometimes and not others that point more to a server latency issue, if it were a coding issue it would happen every time.

Problem seems to be fixed. When I updated with the right version of the template based on Joomla 2.5, it seems to have fixed this problem as well.
