The secondary navigation is not showing up on this page. http://unitedreporting.ca/united-reporting-order-online/# Not sure what I am missing, I've compared it to another site using Corporate Theme and everything is the same and I have also installed the vertex patch that you suggested to get the image and content fader working. As far as I can tell, you have no submenus configured on your site at all.
