In 2.5.19 I installed the Vertex and gave me no problems, I just updated the 3.2.3 gave me the white screen, I have made several attempts but nothing to do. Then I bought a subscription and I installed joomla Club Oasis. The result of the frontend is the same: all white. What can I do? I'm in trouble

Try completely removing the Template from the back end and installing the Template - Current from our site. If you upgraded from 2.5 and 3.2 then you need to completely reinstall the template, not just Vertex. They are two different templates, there is a 3.X version of the template in the downloads. The template is working with 3.2.3 and not showing blank on our tests, it sounds more like something corrupted with your installation of Joomla during the upgrade. |
