Since the framework is now running jQuery, those mootools based files will no longer work. Please try removing or renaming the "html" folder from the theme and let me know what the results are.

If you have any issues with the widgets after removing the folder, make sure you go into the widget admin & save the widget settings. The 3.0.3 version of the widget adds new options that will have to be saved for the widget to display properly. |
