: Edit background image on mobile version : cspgsl March 19, 2014, 04:26:45 PM At http://accaliaaccounting.ca I have set the background image as top_bg.jpg and it is fine on the desktp view however, I can see the image on the mobile version but it is not set to repeat as it is on the desktop.
As I do not see a mobile_version.css file, where do I need to go to have it repeat on the mobile version? I basically want to get rid of the purple colour background. Thanks : Re: Edit background image on mobile version : cspgsl March 20, 2014, 05:55:25 AM OK, I solved this by changing the background colour to FFFFFF and removing the background image in Template Manager > Vertex. A very simple solution... however, I do have remaining questions.
There is a mobile version of the template because when I look at the site on my Android phone (Galaxy S2) I see a mobile version including mobile main menu and a Show Desktop version link at the bottom of the page however, when I open it on my iPad, I see the desktop version with no option or hint of the mobile version. Where does it decide or where is it determined which version is displayed on which device? : Re: Edit background image on mobile version : mikenicoll March 20, 2014, 09:26:49 PM Hello,
This is controlled via the s5_responsive.css file which trigger the resolution when the mobile menu is used. -Mike : Re: Edit background image on mobile version : cspgsl March 21, 2014, 09:34:41 AM Thanks, that is going to require a day of studying.
