Dear support team,

We replaced the Oasis template with the No.1 Shopping template because it was a better match for our site.

All we did was making No.1 Shopping the default template.

Our problem is that the font size in Chrome is too small - all headers, titles, body text, menu text font size is too small and can hardly be read.
Is this is a known issue?

In Firefox the font size is good/correct.

I will be happy to PM the URL when needed.

Many thanks for your help,
Alex

Hello Alex,

Try clearing your cache in Chrome and see if this fixes the issue.  If you do this and it still persist, then yes please send me your login details and I can take a look for you.

Regards,

As you suggested, disabling the font resizer helped ... great!

Thanks very much for your help with this,
Alex

How did you turn off font resizer?

Hello,

You can do this in the admin area of Vertex, under the layout tab I believe it should be.

Thank you, but my text is really small on my product pages.  Any way to make it bigger besides altering CSS?

Hello,

The font sizes are always controlled via CSS, generally this will be in the Template.CSS file. You can use Firebug and click any text to determine where the CSS is being called to determine that font size. We have a great tutorial for that here:
