: Can't access Template settings consistently : rlindsay April 03, 2014, 07:24:42 PM When in Template Manager I can't bring up the various template settings on right side of the screen. Please see the attached photo.
The menu options for the Helion template are there, like: Theme, Specific Layout, Menu, Row Sizes, General and Javascript. 1 out of maybe 50 times do the actual configurable items appear and now I can't get them to come up at all. I have the site started but there are still a lot of bugs to work out. www.bcara.net I have closed out of my browser (Chrome), refreshed the page - dozens of times, Switched to Chrome but still no joy. I'm hosted on SiteGround and using Joomla 2.5.. I've never had this problem with any other template until I downloaded my first Shape 5 template - Helion. I'm running Win7 although I'm a novice with Joomla I'm very comfortable with most aspects of my computer. Any ideas? This can occur if you have any back end scripts or browser specific plugins that are causing a conflict. There is also the possibility that your servers PHP version is out of date or in some cases certain browsers specifically can have issues. Do you experience this same issue in IE/FF? -Mike |
