I use Windows Server. I just tested this locally and live on my server and the error wasn't present. Also I checked the error and the file is definitely in the downloads so I am not sure why your download produces that error. Try and redownload a fresh copy in case something was corrupted during the download. Also, I would recommend using WAMPP and not XAMPP as this can sometimes cause issues with Joomla. -Mike |
