I have the same issue as in http://www.shape5.com/component/option,com_smf/Itemid,75/topic,34764.0/ , but there is no answer to it there. The position "top menu" is missing in the template when doing just a template install. To learn about that template, I also did a full install of the with the demo data and it is there. So how do I add it to my own template? My second question is: how to I add additional social media to the list with their icon? 1) I just tested this on a fresh installation and the top_menu position is working. The way it is setup in the Site Shapers and Demo is as a Menu Module published to the top_menu position. If you do not see the top_menu position in the drop down list you can just manually type it in as well. 2) Adding additional icons would involve modifying multiple files on the server. The most practical way to add another icon without custom coding would be to swap out an existing icon that you don't need with the icon of another company. -Mike |
