Take a look at http://www.dignitas.ltd.uk

All articles "Use Global" Settings, and Global Articles Settings have everything turned off, with icons placed at the bottom.  But we are still seeing the likes of ...

This is a new template added to an existing site (previously JS Onyx), and on the previous site this was not a problem.

Does anyone have this problem, or can suggest a solution.

Hello,

You need to change the settings under the Menu Items themselves. These always take priority over the Global Article Settings.
