when our site reports a 404 error, the page shown is always the Joomla standard. We have not changed the error.php file of the template (which is in the template folder). Do you have any suggestion on where we should check for the possible misconfiguration? Thank you! This was accidentally left out of the Vertex 3.6 Blog Notes but with the latest update we added a feature that allows users to easily create their own 404 pages. All you need to do is create an article called "404 Error Page" and it will automatically be loaded when a user enters an invalid link. -Mike : Re: Template Error 404 page not loading : howard June 19, 2014, 01:18:04 AM great! thank you!
