I keep getting this error message "There was an error uploading this file to the server." when i try to install the new Risen Hope template but when i installed the Blue Group template, it went well. Are you sure you are installing the actual template and not the site shaper for this template? I have just updated the downloads for the Site Shaper and Template - Current. The issue was that the Template file size was too large for your servers upload limit in the php.ini file for the value max_upload_size. We added the ionicons feature this month and had to remove a 6MB image folder that was causing issues during installs but not needed for the icons to function.
