That would typically happen due to a latency issue on the server itself or the browser times out. First, try from another browser. If it's still continuing to have problems then it's most likely a latency issue on the server not allowing the sql commands to finalize. I've tested locally and the site shaper is installing with no issues. : Re: Unable to install Siteshaper : umahatokul August 28, 2014, 01:16:03 AM I added "ServerName 127.0.0.1:80" to httpd.conf file to deal with the latency issue and it worked just fine.
