I am using this joomclassified template and I am finding it difficult to add a separate custom module position that will give me that layout. please i need help.

You would have to use one of the pre-programmed module positions from the list here: http://www.shape5.com/demo/theclassifieds/index.php/features-mainmenu-47/template-features/92-module-positions Adding additional positions would require custom programming to the index file of the Template.
