: Stock Control Not Working : ScalaDes October 22, 2014, 08:22:52 AM I am using the Shopping Bag template for my client's Website, xxxfishinggear.com . He has several products that have different sizes, so I have each product set-up as a parent with child products for each size using stock control. My problem is that when someone makes a purchase, the stock for that child product does not change. How can I get my stock control to work?

That question would be best answered by the developer of whatever cart extension you are using. The Template wouldn't control any functionality with the cart system or the quantity checks. I would post on the forum for the cart system you are using as this will provide you with the most accurate answer. |
