That can be a number of reasons but I will outline the most common reasons below. I tested the Template on my local server and on a live server and it was installing fine so check these things: 1) You are installing the correct version of the Template for your CMS 2) Try re-downloading the Template in case your initial download was corrupted 3) Ensure you are not trying to install a Site Shaper to a pre-exisiting Joomla installation. Perhaps try checking the local servers PHP version or PHP Max Upload limits. Sometimes the default settings are quite low. |
