You have a lot of other javascript and 3rd party plugins being loaded on that page. Try disabling anything not part of the Joomla install package to ensure there aren't any conflicts with the scripts. Thanks for the reply and I tested it out on a fresh installation, but I keep running into the same issue. I'm not sure if this area has something to do with it, but I can't seem to assign a slide either. Default Slide To Be Open - Note: This Slide Must Have A Corresponding Module Published To It. I've put "s5_ha_2" in the input field, but I don't see a change. I also tried the page title name. Also for some reason I can't see the background image/color on the active tab.
