We have been working very hard recently at putting the final touches on our new searchable knowledgebase, and we're proud to say it is now available for all members to use! You can see this new feature here: http://www.shape5.com/documentation/ This new functionality brings a lot of exciting new features to Shape5: 1. Previously all of our tutorials were in separate tutorial sections for Joomla and WordPress, some content was found in FAQ sections of the site, and some important information was found in the forum boards. This new feature centralizes all of this into one main knowledgebase where you can find help on almost anything Shape5 related. 2. We've gone through all of our tutorials and updated them with better terminology, and corrected areas we felt needed more clarification based on common questions we hear from our customers. 3. Tutorials are now tagged by category. For example all WordPress tutorials are tagged with "WordPress", search results can be filtered by clicking the tag under the search to isolate the content for specific results. 4. Our most common tutorials and frequent questions are in a Featured area, to allow users quick and easy access to the tutorials most commonly needed by our members. We hope you enjoy this new feature of our site! Now that everything is built and operational, we plan to continue to add to these tutorials and expand our knowledgebase to bring even more value to the services we provide. Thanks, Shape5 Team |
