5 templates could be fine if i can have free access to all your template to try them and after select them for implementing 5 sites, but this could limitate a lot the site creation for extensions, what if i need more than 5 extensions in my 5 sites? We do not state that there is a limit to 5. Extension use is unlimited, template usage is limited to 3 domains.
