I have installed it on 2- J3 and 1- J2.5 with same results. The 2-J3's are even on different servers with same result. In admin template manager I click on the template link where you go to edit the template. Normally the Vertex tab opens. It does not on Zoka. Could you both post details about your server environment? I tested this on the latest installation locally and live and the Vertex Tab was appearing on both tests.
